Check-in / Check-out

On the day of arrival, check-in is possible between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
If you expect to arrive outside these times, please inform us in advance by phone or email.

Bread Roll Service

From Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) we offer a bread roll delivery service.
Please enter your order in the order folder at reception by 5:00 p.m. the day before.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house via our fiber-optic connection.

Sauna

Our sauna is open three times a week during the winter season, free of charge for our house guests:
Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Ski Room / Bicycle Storage Room

The ski room is located right next to the house and is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in winter.
A boot dryer ensures that your equipment is always dry and ready to use.

During the summer months, the room serves as a secure storage area for bicycles.
Charging stations are available for e-bikes.

Parking

Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
Each apartment has at least one parking space.

Electric Charging Station

A 22 kW charging station is available for your electric vehicle.
Use of the charging station is subject to a fee.

Guest Card

Upon arrival, you will receive the "Hohe Salve Guest Card" at reception.
It offers numerous discounts and benefits throughout the region.
The guest card also serves as a ticket for buses and local trains in the Kitzbühel Alps – convenient and free of charge.

Ski / Bus Stop

The nearest bus stop is only 150 meters from our house.
With your guest card, you can use public buses free of charge – ideal for trips around the area.

Your booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
