For all bookings made directly with us, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made in writing up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge
• For cancellations made 30 to 8 days before arrival, 30% of the total accommodation price will be charged
• For cancellations made within the last 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total accommodation price will be charged
• For cancellations made within 24 hours before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 90% of the total accommodation price will be charged
• In the event of early departure, the full price of the booked stay will be charged.

The final cleaning fee and the local tourist tax will not be charged for cancellations made before arrival.

Travel with Peace of Mind – Travel Insurance 

To protect yourself against cancellation fees and costs due to early departure, and to enjoy a worry-free holiday in Austria, we recommend taking out travel insurance.

We offer Hotel Cancellation Plus (including helicopter rescue) and Hotel Cancellation Premium (including helicopter rescue and accident cover) from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
