To ensure you feel completely comfortable during your stay, we have compiled the most important information for you:

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
On the day of departure, the apartment or studio must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.
If you plan to arrive outside these hours, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance by phone or email.

Parking
Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house, with at least one space per apartment.

Bread Delivery Service
From Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays), you can use our bread delivery service.
Please enter your order in the order folder at the reception by 5:00 PM on the previous day.

Wi-Fi
High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge.

Sauna
Our sauna is available free of charge during the winter season on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Ski / Bicycle Storage
In winter, our ski storage room is available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and includes a boot dryer to keep your equipment ready for use.
In summer, the room serves as a secure storage space for bicycles, including E-bike charging stations.

Laundry Room
Our laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) is available to all guests. An iron and ironing board can also be used.

Ski / Bus Stop
The nearest bus stop is only 150 meters away, making it ideal for excursions in the surrounding area.

Guest Card
Upon arrival, you will receive the “Hohe Salve Guest Card” at the reception.
This card provides numerous discounts and benefits in the region and also allows free travel on buses and regional trains in the Kitzbühel Alps – perfect for excursions and sightseeing.

Payment Methods
We prefer cash payments but also accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, and Discover Card. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
