Our appartement house is an ideal starting point for mountain and mountain bike tours.

From our appartement house you can easily walk to the Itter outdoor pool & a tennis court.
Tip: Our house guests can use the guest card to visit the Itter outdoor pool free of charge.

For our little guests there is a knight's playground on the Rosenweg in the immediate vicinity.

During the Autumn Family Weeks, all children up to 15 years old, accompanied by a paying adult, receive the Mountain Adventure Card completely free of charge. With this combo ticket, you can not only access 15 summer cable cars, but also enjoy free entry to all mountain adventure worlds in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The cable cars and adventure worlds are open until November 5th. With just one ticket, you can access 15 cable cars and seven unique mountain adventure worlds.

How it works:
A parent purchases a Mountain Adventure Card for at least 3 days at the discounted off-season rate. In return, all children up to and including 15 years old receive a free hiking pass for the same period.
